Parched and weary, but well-worn

O God, you are my God;

I earnestly search for you.

My soul thirsts for you;

my whole body longs for you

in this parched and weary land

where there is no water.

~ Psalm 63:1

A parched and weary land

Somehow I find it comforting that this cracked trench has been made so by the many who have trod this path before me.

About wlebolt

Life comes at you fast. I like to catch it and toss it back. Or toss it up to see where it lands. I do my best thinking when I'm moving. And my best writing when I am tapping my foot to a beat no one else hears. Kinesthetic to the core.
