Only Love Can Do This

God doesn’t ever hope.
God is hope.
God doesn’t ever learn.
God is knowledge.
God isn’t ever uncertain.
God is certainty.

God doesn’t need faith.
Doesn’t have to wait.
God sees fully
and is fully patient.
God doesn’t look for us.
God sees us.

God is love.
Love creates.
Love adds without subtracting.
Love multiplies without dividing.
Only love can do this.

    God doesn’t need faith. God is faith. And so God then is the substance of things hoped for, for God is slso hope; God is the evidence of things not seen, for He is all -seeing and all knowing. I have never put it together this way until you post today Wendy. This is deep. Thanks.

    It’s our human failing — to suppose God has the shortcomings we do. God supplies all things we lack, yet is not depleted. All in all. I can’t quite wrap my brain around that, but then I am not supposed to 🙂 So glad to hear your ponderings.
